The off-court controversy keeps coming at the Australian Open in Melbourne.

After the Serb vs. Croat punchup on the first day (come on, as if that's ever going to stop!) and the Sharapov hand signals what could possibly cause the next hubbub?

This young man is accused of using his watch to dazzle Nicole Vaidisova during her semi-final match against Serena Williams yesterday. You can see in the photo he is sitting right in front of Serena's mum.

No doubt he will be watched very closely at Serena's final against Maria Sharapova tomorrow!
